Reshipment Policy
We offer reshipments under the following conditions:
- Your order arrived damaged
- Your order is missing items
- You received the wrong products
- Your order was lost in transit
- The shipping address was incorrect
Return to Sender (RTS) Orders
If your order is returned to sender, we can offer either a refund or a reshipment.
Customer claims package not received
- We will first check the delivery status.
- If it has been less than 15 days since the delivery date, we kindly ask you to wait.
- We will also verify that the shipping address is correct.
👉 If these steps are completed and you still have not received your order, we will offer a refund or a reshipment.
Refund Policy
Refunds are permitted under the following conditions:

- Your order was lost in transit
- The shipping address was incorrect
If you already received your order and there was no damage or issue:
- For U.S. orders: You may return the product at your own shipping expense. Once received, we will process a full refund.
- For international orders: A refund may be processed without requiring a return; however, a processing fee will be deducted. This is provided as a one-time courtesy only.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect on your card, depending on your card issuer.
