What is your shipping time frame?
If your package is within the USA, shipping takes 3-5 business days. If your package is shipped internationally, shipping will take up to 7-14 business days. Note that pre-sale orders have a 2-4 months of waiting time before they can ship out.
What do you charge for shipping?
All orders without a minimum spend will incur a shipping fee. Shipping fee will depend on your state and country.
What locations do you ship to?
We can deliver our products anywhere in the United States. We also ship internationally!
How do I track my order?
You may track your order by logging into your account or by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email. To access your account, click the Account icon located in the top right corner of objectshow.com
My order says unfulfilled. What does it mean?
If your order is tagged as unfulfilled, it means the order has not yet shipped or is still under pre-sale orders. Note that pre-sale orders have a 2-4 months of waiting time before they can ship out.
Why was my order marked as delivered, but I never received it?
If this happened, either the package was delivered to the wrong address. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Why is there no movement on my order after it has shipped out?
If this happened, either the order was lost in transit or it was returned to the sender. Please contact our support team to request a refund or reshipment.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
This usually happens when part of your order is out of stock or under pre-sale. We will split the order and ship out what is available in the meantime.
What is your pre-sale shipping timeframe?
If your order is under pre-sale, shipping will take 2-4 months before the order can be shipped out. We will send a notification once the order has shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your package hasn't shipped out, you may still request to update your shipping address. If your package has shipped, please contact the shipping courier to reroute it to your address.
